Phlebotomist

Role Requirements: Collect blood samples, online patient registration, and handle home collections (extra pay provided). Requires 0–1 years of experience or at least 6 months of blood collection experience.

• Education: High school diploma, or a formal Certificate/Diploma in Phlebotomy or DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology).
• Core Skills: Venipuncture (blood drawing), sample preservation, patient care, and basic computer proficiency for patient registration.
• Field Mobility: Willingness to handle field or home-visit sample collections if required by the diagnostic lab.
